New Technologies of Die Casting Mold Surface Treatment

Such as 3Cr2W8V steel die-casting mold, first carburizing, then 1140 ~ 1150 ℃ quenching, 550 ℃ tempering twice, the surface hardness can reach HRC56 ~ 61, so that die-casting non-ferrous metals and their alloys die life increased by 1.8 ~ 3.0 times.

Design Process of Die Casting Mold

1.Conduct process analysis of the product according to the material category used, the shape and precision of the product and other indicators, and set out the process.

2.Determine the position of the product in the mold cavity, analyze and design the parting surface, spill discharge system and pouring system.

3.Design of each active core assembly method and fixing method.

4.Design of core extraction distance and force.

5.Design of ejector mechanism.

6.Determine the die-casting machine, design of mold frame and cooling system.

7.Check the relevant dimensions of the mold and die-casting machine, and draw the process diagram of the mold and each component.

8.Design completion.

Categories of Die Casting Mold
