High quality Paper cited high-speed rewinder

This rewinder is mainly suitable for rewinding finished paper with a net width of 3900mm and a basis weight of 100-350g/m2. The machine is a paper cited high-speed rewinder of shaftless double-bottom roll. The whole roll of paper that has been preliminarily wound on paper machine is placed on a rewinding stand of a rewinding machine and is slit and rewinded into a certain width, diameter and tight paper roll, while removing poor quality paper, bond broken head.

The working principle of this machine is as follows: The paper roll removed from the reel is placed on the paper-ejection frame, and the paper-ejection frame is equipped with pneumatic braking device to keep the paper-web having a certain tension. The paper guide roller is led paper downwards, and is slit by a slitting system and wound on a roll paper drum. The roll paper drum runs on the drive of the front support roller and affects the entire paper sheet.

The design speed of this rewinder is 600m/min. The maximum diameter of the finished paper roll after rewinding is Φ1200mm, the maximum diameter of the original paper roll on the paper putter is Φ1800mm, and the maximum width of the base paper is 3950mm.

The rewinder is a right handmachine, standing in front of the bottom roller, facing the paper roll, and the transmission part is located on the left hand side, then it is called a left hand machine.
