Product Introduction

Automatic bottle depalletizing machine is for glass bottle and can. People use forklift to full pall et empty

bottle to unload temporary position, full pallet conveyor delivery entire stacked product to unload ing

station, lift table will drop to the floor product top, cardboard damping device will hold cardboar d tightly,

bottle clamping device will clamp whole layer product to transitional platform, lifting platform wi ll move

to same height as synchronizely to suck partition to partition storage location, repeat this action until the

entire sticked product unloading, conveyor will collect empty pallet. Main electrical configuration adopts

famous brands: German Siemens' PLC; Schneider's touch screen, SICK'S photoelectricity inductor,

and Schneider low- voltage apparatus. High level depalletizing machine capacity can reach to

36000-72000BPH, total power is 23 KW, air consumption is 800L/min.
