How long is the sample lead time?
Sample lead time: 3 days if you don't need customized. If you need the watch t be customized, the sample lead time wi ll be 10 days.

How long is the production lead time?
Production lead time: 30-35 days for 1K-10K

Which kind of certificate would you have?
CE, RoHS, SGS, REACH. All watches is lead, cadmium & nickel free which can meet European & USA sta ndard.

How long is the lifetime of watches?
2 years quality warranty at least

How would you control your watches quality?
1. Inspect 30% of the incoming materials, if defective rate is over 3%, our QA will inspec t all of them.
2.Trial-produce: Before mass production, our production manager will do assembly of 100-200PCS as a test to see the points we have to pay attention to during mass assembly and see the places where may have quality pr oblem. After this trial-produce, production manager will have a meeting with productiin line leader, tell him the instructions and matters needing attention.
3. Mass production start, unfinished-QA will do casual inspection and watch, to see if the re is an y irregular assembly problems.
4. Watch head production finished, unfinished-QA do full inspection of them-check the func tions an d appearance of the watch heads.
5. Water resistance of the watch heads-we test every single watch head's water resistance < br /> 6. Assemble the straps to the watch heads
7. Time acuracy test for 24hours at least
8. Time acuracy test finished, finished product QC test all watches' functions and appeara nce.
9. Do cleaning and packing of watches.
