High Density Liptein Cholesterol (HDL-C)

Qualitative Diagnostic of high-density leptin cholesterol in human serum samples. Hipro's HDL C test is mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of hypercholesterolemia, coronary heart disease, and atherosclerosis clinically.

Testing Principle of High-Density Liptein Cholesterol (HDL-C) Test

R1 blocks LDL and VLDL cholesterol in the sample.

The esterified HDL cholesterol is hydrolyzed by cholesterol lipase to produce cholesterol, and cholesterol is oxidized by cholesterol oxidase to produce H202, which reacts with 4-amino antipyrine and HDAOS to produce quinone dye.

The change of light intensity produced by the reaction is proportional to the HDL cholesterol content in the sample.

The content of the object to be measured in the sample is calculated by the standard curve.
