How to use(hand warmer): 1. Bend metal disk back and forth until crystals form. 2. Knead hand warmer to soften. The temperature can reach about 50 C(last for 30 minutes) 3. If you want to prolong the heat, you can cover the hand warmer with a thin towel. To prepare for next use(reuse): 1. Put the hardened hand warmer into boiling water. Continue boiling for approximately 5 minutes or until the crystals are completely liquefied. 2. When the hand warmer has cooled down, it is ready to be used again. It can be reused for many times. 3. Warning: Do not heat it directly in microwave.
