GS series high pressure kettle has characteristics of static steal and no leakage stable operation,low noise.

Adopting end face terrae earth permanent magnetic coupling drive, GS series high pressure kettle has characteristics of static steal and no leakage. The body of kettle adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and it can manufacture titanium material (TA2), Teflon lining and nickel (Ni6) according to different medium. The stirring shaft adopts anti cauterization stainless steel shaft, which is suitable for stirring of high rotated speed and low viscidity materials. The method of discharging has two methods: up mouth for discharging and low mouth for discharging that can offer user when order. Technical parameters

0.1~0.25L without inner cooling coil, 0.1~0.5L without solid feeding mouth; the working pressure of common kettle is 10Mpa; the rotated speed of stirring is 0~1500r/min and adjustable; the working temperature is 300¡æ. The material of main body is 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel; the form of stirring oar is push-in type; the motor is the common direct current motor; the mouth of common kettle is that the vapor phase mouth equips with needle valve; the liquid phase mouth equips with needle valve and inserts bottom tube in kettle; the solid feeding mouth equips with pipe plug; the mouth of temperature control equips with platinum resistance; the safe blasting mouth of pressure gage equips with pressure gage and safe explosion proof instrument; the inlet and outlet of inner cooling coil of kettle equips with water faucet; if the users have special requirements for kettle cover, the mouth of kettle, inner configuration, high and low of pressure, stirring oar and other auxiliary instruments (condensation circumfluence equipment, constant pressure feeding tank, incept instrument and condenser etc.), the company can manufacture according to user's requirements.
