Goserelin
Goserelin 是一种具有类似作用的促那瑞林类似物，于 1987 年在法国获准上市。戈舍瑞林是黄体生成素释放激素的类似物，长期使用本品可抑制垂体黄体生成素的合成，从而引起男性血清睾酮和女性血清雌二醇的下降， 停用此作用后可逆转，初次使用本品可暂时增加男性血清睾酮浓度和女性血清雌二醇浓度。在男性患者中，血清睾酮浓度在首次注射该药物后约 21 天降至贮库水平，并在随后的治疗中维持在这些水平，这导致大多数患者的前列腺肿瘤消退和症状改善。在女性患者中，血清雌二醇浓度在初始给药后约 21 天受到抑制，并在后续治疗中每 28 天维持在绝经后水平。本品的半衰期为 2 至 4 小时，肾功能不全患者半衰期会增加。它用于子宫内膜异位症、激素可治疗的前列腺癌以及绝经前和围绝经期妇女的乳腺癌。< /span>
