Gasoil D2 origin Russia 500.000MT x 12 months CIF Rotterdam Price: Discount 10% of Platts PAYMENT& BANKING PROCEDURE: 1. Seller and Buyer sign/seal the Sale and Purchase Agreement. 2. Buyer and Buyer’s Bank sends to the Seller’s Bank VIA SWIFT POF (Bank Reference MT 760). 3. Seller IN 24-48 HOURS provides all necessary documentation to the Buyer proving the availability of product named partial Proof of Product (POP) as per Appendix 5.1 and a pre-advise Performance Bond in the amount of 2% from DLC amount equaling the value of total monthly quantity of product. 4. After successful verification of POP by the Buyer and upon receipt of Performance Bond from Seller’s bank, Buyers bank issues an pre-advise RDLC in the amount equaling the value of total monthly quantity of product. 5. Seller’s bank delivers full Proof of Product as per Appendix 5.2 and operative PB which activates the Buyer’s RDLC automatically 6. Seller delivers first load on C.I.F. basis port of Rotterdam
