Four-shaft Shredder

RFS Four-shaft Shredder is the heavy-duty crushing equipment specially designed to cope with the problem of slipping and off-contact for large barrel or cuboids shaped material. The innovative multi-rotor layout produces high torque level as well as a pulling force, which makes it more competent in shredding material such as large strips of plastic and wood, thin sheet metal as well as shells of larger electric appliance.

Design

The cutting part of RFS Four-shaft Shredder consists of four rotors; the lower two as main cutters perform major shredding by rotating towards each other; the upper two as assistant cutters perform pulling and follow-up shredding. Interactive cutting happens between two blades as well as blades and stripping bars. The velocity difference between two rotors produces a force of tearing thus enhancing shredding efficiency.
