Flap Wheel M8

This non-standard custom mounted emery flap wheel is M8 type, and M8 type is also divided into several types, such as M8 Straight Hole, M8 with Shank and M8 Screw Hole. As the name suggests, the 8 in M8 means the middle aperture is 8mm, and the middle of the page turning mounted flap wheels adopts imported high-quality special glue.

40#, 60#, 80#, 100#, 120#, 150#, 180#, 240#, 320#, 400#, 600# (dimensions smaller then 15mm starts with 80#)

Working Principle of Flap M8 Wheel

Reducing wear and thermal load of the workpiece can be achieved by reducing contact pressure and speed (abrasive paste/oil can be used when appropriate)

In order to avoid unnecessary tool wear and thermal load,choose to switch to coarser-grit abrasive clothes instead of increasing contact pressure to increase cutting force

Increasing the cutting speed achieves a slightly finer surface.

Increasing the contact pressure makes the surface slightly more coarse and if you use the same grit size on soft or hard material the surface finish will look coarse on the softer material.

With high elasticity, good synchronous consumption, suitable for a variety of plane,

curved surface and corner polishing.
