FINANCING INTERNATIONAL TRADE

There are two main reasons for customers to use our Letters of Credit documentary:

1- He does not need to use his money until the goods arrive when he opens the LC home. This can be 30, 60, 90, 120 days after opening the LC. The longer the manufacturing and shipping period, the more advantageous it is for the customer to use our letters of credit.

2- The other type of customer is an intermediary: He has a buyer, and a seller.

His buyer wants to pay cash against documents, or when the goods arrive. The intermediary must arrange for the goods to be shipped to finalize the transaction.

The supplier wants a deposit or LC before he ships the goods. The buyer opens the letter of credit through our company. In this way, he does not need to use his own capital to make the transaction.

As a result, it is less limited in the number of transactions that it can do as an intermediary because it does not need to use its capital to perform the operation.
