Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat

Introduction:

Chopped strand mat is reinforced product.It is produced with certain length chopped strand fiberglass that is cut from glass fiber as material through adhering of power adhesive or latex as adhesive Usually the mat is used for shaping process of glass fiber reinforced plastic, e.g. handy paste shaping, twisting shaping, molding shaping, mechanical shaping and etc. Many products, such as boats, automotive components, bathroom units, tanks, furniture, etc.

Storage:

Fiberglass chopped strand mat should be stocked In dry and cool places. The best condition is with temperature between 15 and 35 centigrade, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%. Before use, please keep it in the original package.

Chopped strand mat is used primarily for hand lay-up process,filament winding and press molding of FRP PRODUCTS. The end products are laminates,boats,complete set of bathing equipment, automotive parts and cooling tower, ect.
