Features of Different Sample Vials

Sample vial has gained significant progress in performance and variety in recent years. To meets the needs of customers at a higher level, our company has launched three kinds of sample vials, there is screw top sample vial, crimp top sample vial and snap top sample vial. All of them are of good chemical compatibility and good tightness and corrosion resistance.

Features of Different Sample Vials
Crimp Top Sample Vial and snap top sample vial are of 2 ml, 12 x 32 mm, DN11mm, by comparison, screw-top sample vial is featured in 2 ml, 12 x 32 mm, DN8 mm and DN9 mm, then the big volume is also available. Compared with other sample vials, the crimp cap provides the tightest seal, which better avoids the possibility of sample evaporation.

Matters Needing Attention
1. This sample vial must be placed in a clean and pollution-free environment.
2. This sample vial should be cleaned in time after using to prevent contamination.
3. This sample vial should be classified in accordance with relevant regulations to prevent confusion, misuse, and damage.
