CENTER PIVOTS

One end of the machine is fixed and other spans move clock wise or anti clock wise by electric motor driven tires, this system is called center pivots irrigation system. Both river and bore well water can be supplied to the pivot point and transferred through main and sprinklers, then applied on the top of the crops. 1 set center pivot irrigation system can irrigate from 1.2ha to 150ha. The advantage of this system is using less labor, money and water to improve crop yields.
