Dear Sirs, we introduce ourselves, a small extravirgin olive oil manufacturer of the south of Italy (Apulia Region). Our firm produces extravirgin olive oil from centuries old trees, sited on its land in Salento, in the areas of Botrugno, Scorrano and Muro Leccese. The olive trees are “Cellina di Nardò” and “Ogliarola” varieties, and are pruned in the traditional manner, letting air and sun reach all the branches.
