Ⅰ.Product Description 　

THY-210A diesel oil purifier series are developed by our tianhou group after Boston series, which is mainly applied to various vehicles and low power diesel engine powered equipment below 350HP. This new invention is used for filtering more than 90% harmful impurities for diesel engine; guarantee providing more cleaner diesel fuel for your diesel engine, attain the aim of protecting diesel engine and its "Three Filters" and saving oil. This product is different from the existed diesel filter in our market, which can not be installed directly on the diesel engine body. THY-210A diesel oil purifiers should be installed on the oil supply tube between the oil tank and diesel filter. In China, the product has been applied to multiple companies running oil field large equipment, truck, fishery harbors diesel engine, ect, and gained surprising achievements and praise from clients.

As is shown on the above image, we can see the product is made of aluminum alloy with two barrels in parallel mode, small-size design, compact structure, light weight and easy installation. The unique design enables the "Janenope" diesel fuel pre-filter to have enough capacity to contain the contaminant in addition to the sufficiently prolonged time period for filter core replacement, with several times of purification effect higher than common diesel fuel pre-filters. The multi-level integrated filtration technology adopted ensures the elimination of more than 90% of harmful impurities (including tars, pitches and mechanical impurities) in diesel fuel.

Ⅴ.Replacement of filter core: 　

  1. 1) Turn off the engine and unscrew the exhaust bolt on the top of the product;
    2) Unscrew the blowdown handle on the bottom of the barrel by hand to discharge the oil in the case;
    3) Hold on the barrel body by your left hand, use a wrench to unscrew the binding bolt on the top cap of the barrel by your right hand;
    4) Remove the barrel, clasp the ring of the filter core with your finger, take out the old filter core, clean the residual impurity out of the case and then tighten the blowdown handle;
    5) Vertically install a new filter core into the case, align the case with the top cap and fasten the binding bolt. Normal operation is allowed only when the air in the system has been expelled.
