dpDMC (N-Dipropyl-Dimethocaine) is an orally active dopamine reuptake inhibitor (DRI) and a structural analog of DMC. While DMC induces sedation at higher doses due to Na+ blockade, we designed dpdmc to retain its dopaminergic effects while minimizing this side effect. We selected dpdmc from approximately 10 DMC analogs that we made.
Oral dosage: 50mg (mood elevation) to 200mg (deep subtle euphoria)
ROA: Nasal absorption is inefficient, we recommend oral administration.
