Ceramic diamond bruting wheel is suitable for natural diamond grinding and polishing, and it replace the diamond polycrystalline(PDC) processing diamond. Ceramic diamond bruting wheels have the common characteristics of diamond and ceramic bond agent. Compared with ordinary corundum, silicon carbide abrasive, it has strong grinding force, the temperature is relatively low when grinding, abrasive wear is relatively small, and suitable for all kinds of coolant. The shapes of abrasive are maintained, high precision for workpiece are ground, there are more stomata in the abrasive tools, in the grinding, it is good for chip removal and cooling, not easy to jam, not easy to burn the workpiece, good self-sharpening, long time for dressing interval, dress easier. So the ceramic diamond bruting wheels are more and more used in natural diamond field.
Diamond bruting wheel is set on advanced CNC bruting machines, widely used for polishing and bruting natural diamonds. It can substitute PCDs (polycrystalline diamond) and will lead the trend of big sale in diamond processing industry gradually in the world market.
