LC-2 series controller are used, which can achieve a seperate regulation and control of clamping, we lding, upsetting, holding, and pausing during welding process. The equipment can be operated easily.
Use the pnuematic level to pressurize, thus to own heavier clamping force which prevent the workpiec e from sliding when welding upset, so that make sure the welding performance more stable.
The sliding-base in the upset adopts dual-roller, thus to own high accurancy, strong werability and stable moving. These contribute to the consistency of work's welding joints.
The welding forming is perfect and the resistance process is simple. Shrinkage of work piece is smal l and has less bur, which is advantageous to simplify the sequence process.
Suitable for butt welding joint between line materials such as low-carbon steel, copper, brass, stai nless steel, aluminum, etc.or bars with diameter of less than 20mm.
