Custom made color polycarbonate sheet

Introduction:

It is cheaper than the other construction materials (the price is about 1/3 of aluminum board) and has more advanced features. Comparing with traditional construction materials, the tile has the following distinguished features:

1. Light transmission: Light transmission rate of PC board is up to 89%, comparable with glass. UV coated board will not get yellow, atomization, and poor transmittance. Light transmission loss only 6% after ten years.
2. Resistance to impact: Its impact strength is 250-300 times of ordinary glass, 30 times of acrylic plate with the equivalent thickness, and 2-20 times of tempered glass. It would not crack after falling down two meters with a 3kg hammer hit, known as "unbroken glass" and "ring of steel".
3. UV protection: One side of PC board is coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating; the other side is through anti-condensation processing, combining UV resistance, heat insulation and anti Dettol.

4. Light weight: Only half weight of the glass, saving the costs of transportation, unloading, installation, and supporting frame.

5. Flame retardant: Certificate of national standard GB50222-95, PC board ranks B1 level of non-flammable property. PC board's flaming point is 580 ° C. It features self-extinguishing away from fire, no toxic gases made when burned and it do not contribute to the spread of fire.
6. Flexible: It can be installed into arched form, semi-circular roof and windows by the way of cold forming way on the construction site according to the design blueprint. The minimum bending radius is 150 times of other boards. It also features heat bending.
