Crystalline fructose is white crystallized powder, with sweet taste, tasting twice as sweet as sucrose, and it tastes particularly sweet when cold in solution. Crystalline fructose also has a better taste and sweetness than traditional sugar. Its sweetness is 1.8 times that of sucrose.
