Cette unité dispose d'une capacité de transformation de 3 tonnes de graines oléagineuses en 24 heures permettant d'obtenir une huile pure filtrée. C'est le choix idéal pour des usines d'huile végétale dans les petites et moyennes villes et les zones rurales. Pour 100 kg de graines pressées, on obtient le rendement en huile suivant: Tournesol > 34 kg, Sésame > 50 kg, Moutarde > 35 kg, Soja > 14 kg, Arachide > 42 kg, Ricin > 50 kg, Coton > 13 kg, Lin > 42 kg, Copra > 62 kg, Jatropha > 40 kg, Colza > 37 kg, Palme > 20 kg, Palmiste > 35 kg. Une superficie au sol de 50 m² est nécessaire pour installer l'ensemble des machines composant cette industrie. Le nombre d'employés requis est de 4 personnes.
