CP Centrifugal Oil Seperator

Introduction

Sino-NSH centrifuge is a centrifugal separator which can separate solid matter from two kinds of different density liquids on a continuous basis and also to separate two liquids simultaneously. By reducing process cycle time and labor requirements, these separators offer high cost efficiency in liquid clarification and reclamation, solid-liquid separation and its classification, recovery and thickening of solids and in other such processes.

Description

Sino-NSH centrifugal separators, using principle of different density of oil, water, solid (light, heavy phases) getting different velocity, separate the insoluble liquids or solid particles.

After getting through heating system, the viscosity of oil lowers down. Then it is fed in through a system of closed lines. The heavy liquid phase is pressure discharged by means of a centripetal pump. The clean oil is also discharged by means of a centripetal pump. The centrifuges operate with regulating rings for the heavy phase.

Application

Apply for lubrication oil, fuel, etc. Two phase, three phase separating Effective separate substances and solids from liquids.

Fuel treatment, Lube oil treatment, Marine, Power stations, Oil field industry.

Centrifugal separator mainly apply to treat fuel, lubrication oil and other mineral oils in marine diesel engines and diesel generator sets in which contain water and mechanical impurities. CS series will result in reducing mechanical wear of the diesel engines and other machines so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery.

CS series can also be applied to separate two different liquids with different proportion and being immiscible.
