Products Features:

Tensile strength: Warp direction (63-70) Mpa. in dry mode;

Heat resistance: Raw materials are polyester synthetic fiber, softening point≥260℃

Moisture adsorption: Quick absorption and emission of heat, therefore cardboard can be quickly dried

Air-permeability: Up to 2.08m3/m2 min, under 40mm water column pressure, through CCEP test

Seams: Belt seam part is fabricated with imported steel fasteners and filled with rubber, flat surface, he at-resistance, fastness and non-marking

Suitbalility: Suitable for all types of corrugators, various cardboards and some partcular operation mode

Geometrical dimension: Steady belt dimension, high weaving density, low stretching and contraction and good contact betwee n belt surface and cardboard

Service life: As long as the same products imported abroad.

2. Rubber Seam Feature:

Resists tearing, non-abscission

Resists abrasion

Resists heating: top up to 230℃

Flat surface. Neither damage flat press device nor damage outer rubber of driving-roller

Smooth surface, non-marking, in favor of printing

Stabilizes transmission, prevents heavy roller from jolting
