4)Proforma invoice is sent by the seller to countersign by buyer ( *3 days maximum)*
5)Buyer provides MT799 proof of funds( *maximum 3 days* )
6)Seller provides proof of products
a- Proof of past performance( *BL, inspection report*) of previous successful copper cathodes shipment
b- Video and picture
8) Both parties agree and validite the final LC *(Maximum 5 days)*
9) Buyer issues *100% DLC**(maximum 10 days)*, seller/bank provides 2% Pb
