Frozen fresh fish
We are a modern pelagic plant with moden equipment HACCP certified (ISO 9001 in process). We belong to a group owning more than 20 fishing boats in southern Morocco with a completly integrated logistic chain and an ice factory.
We have CONSTANT and REGULAR supply with priority on the FRESHEST fish.
We produce Sardines (Sardina pilchardus), Mackerel (Scomber Colias) and Sardinellas (Sardinella Aurita) wether cut (HGT) or whole round (WR) with the finest quality.
We produce actually 72 tons per day and we are building a new factory increasing our output to 152 tons per day in 6 months (beginning of 2017).
We are actively considering expanding our activity to IQF (deep frozen) products as well as filleting.
