Nos produits sont fabriqués de manière artisanale, sans aucun processus de fabrication automatisé et sont exclusivement fabriqués à partir de produits de terroir du Sud-Ouest de la France. Exemples de produits que nous pouvons fournir : - Foie gras de canard entier nature ou variantes, Confit de canard, Rillettes de Canard, Galantine de volaille au foie gras, Salmis de Palombe, Plats cuisinés Actuellement en Colombie (jusqu´au 12/05), je suis disposé à vous rencontrer ou vous recevoir sur notre site de production dans le Sud-Ouest de la France.
