The Cervicore is a hand operated direct frontal biopsy device to harvest tissue samples from the human cervix in the early detection of cancer or infectious diseases. This is the only system that can take large cores from the human cervix up to 2 cm depth. The procedure is relatively painfree and without collateral damage to the surrounding tissues. The system is available in reusable format or in single use (for contagious diseases).
