Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, benzene and acetone. Coupling ability is strong, coupling speed is medium.

Applications of Fast Scarlet Base G

It is mainly used for dyeing and printing cotton fabrics, dyeing bright red with chromophore AS or AS-D coupling (that is, flag red), and can also be used for dyeing silk, viscose and nylon fabrics.
