- THY-22B Oil Quality Analyzer is a portable, intellectualized, small-sized product, The instrument uses a low voltage, micropower signal conditioning and data processing systems, can work to use ordinary AA batteries. It will shut off automatically under unmanned operation or low battery condition .

Power on
1. Put the analyzer on the horizontal table.
2. Press the key of 【ON】, the analyzer conducting self-checking, and the analyzer enter in standby status after “welcome to use THY-22B ” showed on the LCD screen. Then LCD will go to "TEST? VOLTAGE?" automatically, you can choose oil measurement function or voltage function according to your requirement.
Quick Test（QT）
1.Press key of【QT】, and the LCD shows “CLEAN OIL CHAMBER,ENTER?”, clean the oil chamber with 60-90℃petroleum ether , then wipe the oil chamber with absorbent cotton(twice).
2.Press key of 【ENTER】, the LCD screen shows"SELF-CHECKING, PLEASE WAIT"
3.The LCD screen shows: "PUT PURE，ENTER?" after finishing self-checking, then drip new good oil 4~5 drops (up and down) into the oil chamber, when oil get fully contact in oil chamber，immediately to press key of 【ENTER】, and LCD screen shows" PLEASE WAIT……", and unit enters in status of new oil testing.
4.LCD screen shows" CLEAN OIL CHAMBER, ENTER?" after finishing new oil test, clean the oil chamber with 60-90℃petroleum ether , then wipe the oil chamber with absorbent cotton(twice).
5.Press key of 【ENTER】, the LCD screen shows"SELF-CHECKING, PLEASE WAIT"
6.The LCD screen shows: "PUT OLD，ENTER?" after finishing self-checking, then drip measured oil 4 ~5 drops (up and down) into the oil chamber, when oil get fully contact in oil chamber, immediately to press key of 【ENTER】, and LCD screen shows" PLEASE WAIT……", and unit enters in status of contaminated oil testing.
7.The LCD screen shows detecting result as following:
a.When showing "VALUE= ***.*%, TEST OK Continue to Use! ", it indicates the quality of your oil is in good condition, so the oil can be continued to use.
b.When showing "VALUE= ***.*%, Use or Change!", it indicates the quality of your detected oil is close to value of the scrap oil, but is still qualified, so the oil can be continued to use or change
c.When showing "VALUE= ***.*%, change oil!", it indicates the oil is out of standardand you must change oil at once.
8.Press key of 【ENTER】after finishing test, the LCD screen shows" CLEAN OIL CHAMBER, TEST? VOLT? POWER OFF?"
9.You can choose oil measurement or voltage measurement or power off according to your requirement.
Remark:
1.If testing value is between "0-50', which means the detected oil can be continue to use.
2.If testing value is between "50-80', which means the detected oil can be continue to use or change.
3.If testing value is more than "80", which means you must change oil at once.
VOLTAGE
1.Press key of 【VT】,the LCD screen shows operating voltage, normal operating voltage is “3.0—3.2V”.
2.LCD screen will shows " LOW VOLT, REPLACE" when your batteries run low.
3.LCD screen shows " INSUFFICIENT VOLT" when voltage is lower than operating voltage.
4.Press key of 【ENTER】after finishing test, LCD screen shows" TEST?VOLT? POWER OFF?"
5.You can choose oil measurement or voltage measurement or power off according to your requirement.
