Calorized refractory-coated lancing are manufactured by rendering calorization finish to carbon steel in the thickness range of 230 – 400 microns on both the inner and outer surfaces. This is an aluminium diffusion treatment which promotes the fire-proof properties of steel and High Quality Thermal Lance Pipe. This type of diffusion is an intermetallik bond, which does not get damaged either by mechanical working like bending or straightening or by temperatures.
