This type bush has a high load capacity ,anti-corrosion and wear firciton with high hardness.It is widely applied in successive casting machine,mineral machine,ships,turbo generators,hydraulic turbines and injection molding machines for plastics.There is below type.JDB-1 solid lubricant embedded bushing is a new type made from strong brass and embedded with solid lubricant in its body.JDB-2 is based on bronze CuSn6Zn6Pb3 and evenly embeded with a solid under low load,high temperature and middle speed.JDB3 is backed steel and sintered CuSn6Zn6Pb3 as a lining ,and embeded with solid lubricant.Compared with JDB2,it is lower cost,and high compress strengh.JDB4 is based on cast iron HT250 and embeded with solid lubricant.It is applied as a substitute of JDB2 in where mechanical demands are not high like guide post of mould,mold frame of plastic injection machine.
