Box-Grade Plastic Materials

To produce the highest quality clear plastic box packaging, we start with the finest quality, box-grade plastics available: premium grade APET, RPET, bio-PET, PETG, PP and PVC. We purchase materials from only the world's best producers, always to our more demanding appearance and performance specifications. The result is clear plastic packaging with better and more consistent clarity, virtually no visual defects, higher impact strength, and better scratch resistance. For a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic boxes, our proprietary RPET is made with 30% post consumer recycled content and up to 30% of our PlantBox® bio-PET is derived from plant-based sources. Both our RPET and bio-PET substrates possess all same properties and characteristics as our standard box-grade PET, and our RPET and PlantBox clear box packaging offer the same the appearance, quality and performance as our renowned Klearfold® PET cartons.

To further ensure material quality, we produce much of our substrate needs in-house. Our custom extruders produce more demanding plastic box packaging exclusively, creating premium-quality substrates that are extremely uniform, crystal clear, and defect-free.
