Boom type bucket wheel S&R has been widely used in the bulk stockyard. Its key is continuous reclaiming and transport by bucket wheel and conveyor of S&R, so as to realize continuous loading and unloading of material. The common materials such as ore or coal should be continuously reclaimed, conveyed and fed. With the aid of boom type bucket wheel S&R, continuous handling, process linking, and speed and flow rate matching will be realized in the whole process from origin stockyard to transit stockyard, to plant stockyard.
The boom type bucket wheel S&R basically has the following features:
Belt conveyor´s reclaiming and stacking unit are constructed by belt conveyor as the foundation, and by special work mechanism to ensure that the stacking process ( or the reclaiming process ) can continuously operate, and be simultaneous with the conveying process. So its productivity is high.
NHI´s wheel buckets are polygon structure (Common wheel bucket shape can lead to excessive wear at the place of point angle, and reduce the service life). The bucket teeth can be mounted on the each side of the polygon (For common wheel bucket, bucket teeth can´t be mounted on two point angles ) to avoid excessive wear of point angles, and improve the service life of wheel bucket.
