HEAT-RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT
Structure:
Heat-resistant conveyor belt adopts CC or EP as carcass material and SBR CR or EPDM as rubber cover.
Application:
Mainly used in Metallurgy, Construction and other industries,
For transporting High Temperature material, such as Sinter, Coke, Cement Clinker etc., Material
temperature should be not over 800°C, belt surface temperature should be no more than 220°C.
Characteristic:
1. High heat-and wear-resistance.
2. Good performance under designed temperature.
3. Long life span
4.The carcass has very high adhesion,low elongation.
5.Bear 250 °C,300 °C-600 °C in short time.
Variety:
HRT1: Temperature resistance is not more than 100°C,max momentary run temperature is 150°C.
HRT2: Temperature resistance is not more than 125°C,max momentary run temperature is 170°C.
HRT3: Temperature resistance is not more than 150°C,max momentary run temperature is 200°C
