Aspartame ingredients E951 is a natural functional oligosaccharides, no tooth decay, pure sweetness, low moisture absorption, no sticky phenomenon. It does not cause blood sugar significantly higher for diabetics.
It is a white, crystalline substances, about 200 times sweeter than sugar. It is an odorless, low-calorie intensive sweetener.
It can be used in cakes, biscuits, bread, preparation of wine, ice cream, drinks, candy, etc. It has pure sweet taste and is very similar with sucrose, has refreshing sweet, no bitter after taste and metallic taste.
