Asme 16.47 flange
ASME B16.47 flange are very clearly, as is in the name itself, pipe flanges that can be slipped on over a pipe. These types of flanges are manufactured in such a way that their inside diameter, is a bit larger than the outside diameter of the pipe. These are connected to the pipe, by means of a fillet weld at the bottom and at the top of the flange.
