Application of High Frequency Screen

The High Frequency Screen is widely used in mine selection, coal selection, chemical industry, brick making, food, pharmacy, alkali making, chemical fertilizer, paper making. The various kinds of material can be dried, wet sieved, classified and dewatered with this machine.

Working Principle: High frequency destroys the tension of the ore slurry surface, making fine granules vibrate in the screen with a high speed, quickens the mineral's separation which has a bigger gravity, increases the possibility of contact between granularity and sieve hole, making these granularity materials, high proportion granules and slurry go through the sieve mesh and completes the process of separation.

Characteristics: 1. The High frequency screen with the laminated sieve can enlarge the pore diameter of single tier. It not only can extend the service life of the sieve, but also have the properties of anti-clogging mill.
2. The rubber spring can support the screen frame to vibrate absorption and effectively reduce noise, vibration of the equipment is very small.
