Anti-Trichinella spiralis antibody rapid test card

1. Introduction

This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassay method, to detect the antibody against Trichinella spiralis in sample. Testing Trichinella spiralis antibody can help diagnostic of Trichinella spiralis infection.

3. Test procedure

3.1 Serum, whole blood

1) Use dropper absorb serum or whole blood, drop 2 drops one by one vertically, slowly, accurately to dropping bottle with sample buffer.

2) Capped, shake and mix evenly.

3) Take out the test card from sealed bag, put it flatly on desk.

4) Use dropping bottle drop 3 drops of diluted sample one by one and slowly to sample collection well.

5) Be static at room temperature for 10 minutes, judge the result. The result is invalid after 15 minutes.

3.2 Muscle tissue

1) Take about 2 g pure muscle tissue, without fat.

2) Ground or cut up tissue fully, put it into dropping bottle with sample buffer.

3) Capped, shake and mix evenly.

4) Take out the test card from sealed bag, put it flatly on desk.

5) Use dropping bottle drop 3 drops of diluted sample one by one and slowly to sample collection well.

6) Be static at room temperature for 10 minutes, judge the result. The result is invalid after 15 minutes.

5. Note

1) Do not use it if there is any damage to the Aluminum packed bag. Use it in 1 hour after open the package.

2) If the collected serum sample can't be tested immediately, for short-term storage (48 hours) store at 4℃, long-term storage store at -20℃. Diluted sample must be tested immediately, avoid long-term storage.

3) Do not use sample buffer from other test kits.

4) Avoid producing bubble when adding sample to the test card. The sample quantity should be 100ul (about 3 drops). Too much sample will not increase test sensitivity.

5) Used test card should be handled as local polluted material.

6) Do not use test card out of date.

7) This product is disposable, do note re-use it.
