1.Description:

LH-SJ301 is a neutral silicon and calcium sintered flux with ball form granular of brown, grain size of 10-60 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC with large electric current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead appearance.

2.Applications:

In combination with H08A,H10Mn2 wires,this flux is suitable for welding of structures boilers,pipelines.

3.Guidelines for Usage:

(1)Dry the flux at 300-350 Centigrade for 2 hours before use.
(2)Completely remove rust,oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
