3ST Energy Saving Reciprocating Pumps
This series of pumps have also employed the patented self-alignment technology of plungers used in reciprocating pump, which ensures the concentricity of the plunger, filler and guide sleeve during assembly, eliminates excessive wear of plunger, and minimize the loss of energy due to friction between plunger and stuffing and therefore enhances the reliability and durability. As proved by Hefei General Electromechanical Products Testing Institute and National Pump Valves Quality Supervision and Testing Center through random sampling examination, the pump efficiency of 3ST series reciprocating pumps with the application of synchronous isolation technology has reached 92.2%, which is 7% higher than that specified in the National standard of GB/T9234-2008. This series of pumps have employed the following five patented technologies:
1. Double flow-way combination valve for reciprocating valve,
2. Plunger pump with synchronous isolation,
3. Hollow plunger assembly for plunger assembly pump,
4. Plunger pump assembly with double clamp rings, 5. Automatic alignment device for plunger for reciprocating pump.
