Heat Seal Tester
Heat Seal Tester simulates the heat seal process during production. It helps to determine the heatsealability of a surface, or sealant layer of films, laminates, composites and polymers etc. The result of heat seal is expressed by sealing temperature, time and pressure.
It follows ASTM F2029 standard.

1. P.I.D. for precise sealing temperature control
2. Uniform heating by aluminum encapsulated sealing jaws and no inhomogeneous heating
3. Precise timer ensures accurate sealing time control
4. Independent heating of upper and lower sealing jaws
5. Sealing jaw customization available in term of dimension, shape and surface
6. Manual and foot switch starting test, anti-scald design
