Surface treatment:

Coating shall be clean objects surface dust, oil, welding slag, rust and old paint processing, steel surface sandblasting, shot peening to Sa2.5. Local repair surface require grinding to ST3 level. Construction is strictly prohibited into water.

Zinc silicate shop primer, zinc rich coating

Construction condition:

The temperature of the base material must be above the dew point above 3 degrees C, but must not be more than 60 degrees Celsius, the fog, rain, snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited under the construction.

Construction method:

Spraying: non air spraying or air spraying. High pressure non gas spraying.

Brush / roll coating: must achieve the specified dry film thickness.
