Argan oil producers in Morocco have perfected the method of producing argan oil over the centuries. They use traditional methods to extract the oil from the nuts of the argan tree. The nuts are first sun-dried, then shelled to reveal the almonds inside. The almonds are then roasted to give the argan oil its characteristic flavor. The roasted almonds are then cold pressed to produce pure argan oil.
