JM series high effective single screw extruder for wire and cable sheathing is result of our ov er twenty years research, accumulate of experience and technology advantages, Equipped with the spec ial screw it can be used in processing different material such as PVC, PE, PBT, Nylon, lower smoke < /span>
and no-halogen material and fluorine plastic to produce wire, cable, optic fiber, optic cable sheathing and coating.
*Material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAl A, gas nitrided, with special construction < br />
*Gearbox: Cogs has been carbonized, hardened and polished. The gearbox has high capacity, compact size, stabi lity of work, low noise level and other advantages.
*Motor: AC or DC motor made in China.
*Cooling: Feeding zone by water and other zones by air blower.
