Salcaprozate sodium (SNAC) is an oral absorption enhancer with potential as a delivery agent for oral forms of Heparin, Insulin and Semaglutide. Salcaprozate sodium increases lipophilicity induced by non-covalent macromolecular complexation, thereby increasing passive transcellular of intestinal epithelial cells.

Application:
Sodium 8-(2-hydroxybenzamido)octanoate is an absorption enhancer for dicarbonate phosphate compounds, which is used for treating gastrointestinal diseases, especially for gastrointestinal diseases caused by malabsorption of dicarbonate phosphate compounds.

Recommended Storage Conditions:
Short-term storage at room temperature; more than three months is best stored at 2-8 degrees Celsius; more than one year is best stored at -20±5 degrees Celsius.
For reducing the absorption of the moisture, it should be slowly warmed to ambient temperature before opened.
