Application:

Series ZYD Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Systems is used for dehydration and degasification of transformer oil and other electrical insulating liquids such as silicone fluids. The ZYD Process is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength, including the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air, gases and other particulate matter. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers). Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as an independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Feature

1. ZYD can separately evacuate the vacuum for electric equipments, such as the transformer. It can also be used to dry electric equipment and input the oil into the electric equipment under vacuum state.

2. This machine has two vacuum pumps (one is the vacuum pump, the other is the roots pump), which can improve the working value high. It can ensure the water content of the treated oil is less than 3 ppm.

3. The machine adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector, which can make sure the machine works online for 150 hours continuously without person. Therefore, it is a reliable and highly automatic machine.

4. Apart from the common vacuum oil purifier's functions of dewatering, degassing, and removing the impurities, this machine can regenerate seriously bad oil by separating electric-polarity materials, such as deeply oxides and free carbon from the oil effectively. The treated oil can reach the specifications of the new oil, such as the oil dielectric strength, flash point, acid value and oxidation resisting etc.

6. It has efficient electric heating system which is safe and reliable with heating uniformity and less power consumption.

7. It adopts interlocked protective system, connecting oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, which can avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is anything wrong with the machine, it can cut power off automatically.

8.It has functions of live line work onsite, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
