Basic outfit:
The equipment including : vacuum pumping system, coating chamber , substrate material rolling system, evaporation system, electronic control cabinet, evaporation and coating operation platform and other parts .
1) Cylinder or square type , stainless steel SUS 304 or carbon steel Vacuum chamber . Chamber size can be customized basing on the coating width and roll diameter.
2) The vacuum system equipped with 1-2 sets diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump ,It adopts pneumatic and magnetron valve and so on.
The rolling system adopts 6-10 group rollers. Loading roller, releasing rollers, water cooling roller and etc are separately driven by motor.。
3) Customer have a different choice for coating system: evaporation wire-feeding coating system , induction evaporation system, magnetron sputtering coating system , wire-feeding structure and induction heating system including crucible, electrode, water cooling , wire feeder, power source and so on . The magnetron sputtering coating system can equip 1-10 flat targets and sputtering power source .
4) Auxiliary pumping system uses low temperature steam trap.
