Tungsten Carbide Rods

Tungsten carbide rods are often applied in various kinds of drills ,drill bits, micro drills, carbide end mills and reamers, mold punches, core pins and hole drills tools
Carbide rods are produced as standard with straight or twisted to a 30 or 40 degree helix and with 1,2,3 holes, or solid without holes.

Tungsten carbide rods are widely used in drills and end mills .Carbide grade YG10X is special for non ferrous precision cutting carbide grade YG6X is for wood cutting. Grade YG8X is fiber glass reinforced plastic.

The tungsten carbide solid round rods we produced are with good high hardness and precision, with super high wear resistant and impact-resistant. Our carbide rods are also with excellent performance in some sticky metal cutting which needs good shock and bending resistance.
